The good news is that we have two great options to make life easy for you:

We have partnered with a reliable courier service to collect and return your item anywhere within the greater Cape Town region. The great news is that we will organise all of this for you.

OR

You can use the Berco drop box at any Pick 'n Pay Store countrywide - if you use this service then we will return your item to you at no charge. For more information contact us.

Delivery conditions:

  1. For areas outside greater Cape Town, there is a supplementary fee. Please contact us for more information.
  2. Should you decide not to proceed with the service/repair with SmartRepair once your device is in our possession, there will be a fee of R150 chargeable, in order to cover costs incurred for the collection and return of your item.

Yes we do! For an extra rate we will come to your residence or place of work as long as it is within 30kms of the Cape Town CBD. For more information contact us.

Currently SmartRepair only provides services to the greater Cape Town region (with some limited services to the Western Cape area).
For onsite iT repairs, our SmartRepairs will travel up to 30kms from the Cape Town CBD.

Business hours are 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
